This getaway has all the facilities you require including a fabulous shower, flush toilet, crisp linen, cooking and eating equipment including a gas hob and barbeque, tea coffee and milk; as well as an assortment of games, binoculars, local reference books and a whole lot of nothing to do!

Made from fresh local ingredients the evening eating is a relaxed “platter” style of locally smoked game (including salmon and/or venison) cheeses, preserves, fresh produce, bread, crackers and something decadently sweet to finish. Breakfast is a freshly made muesli with local organic yoghurt. Vegetarian and Gluten Free options are available.

Glass, when wet, is slippery and unsafe so we provide facilities for your wet shoes and jackets.  If you have mobility issues please let us know so we can provide an alternative route for you

While you can walk back out to stock up on supplies you’ll find that the desire to stay put and relax is overwhelming! So please ensure you have enough food and drink to totally indulge the isolation.
